Returns & Exchanges

At Chaos Legion Gaming, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the Return Authorization slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
